This study empirically verified the effects of work-life balance on self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness amongst professional cosmetologists in the beauty industry. The results found the following: the antecedent variables of work-life balance (work-home, workleisure, and work-growth) had a significant influence on self-efficacy. Specifically, workhome and work-growth revealed a positive influence, while work-leisure showed a negative impact on self-efficacy. Furthermore, as satisfaction with self-efficacy increased, organizational effectiveness also improved
